Each Chamomile box contains 20 tea bags. Each tea bag contains Phytocannabinoid Rich Hemp (50%) and 6 Whole Leaf Chamomile (50%).

How To Brew Your Tea

Pop one Chamomile Tea bag in your favourite mug and poor freshly boiled water and simply wait for 3-5 minutes depending on your taste preference. If you prefer a sweet taste, try adding some agave nectar or honey and your tea is ready to enjoy.

This relaxing brew is perfect to drink 45-60 minutes prior to bedtime to help promote a calm and relaxed sleep.
