We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, sealed and unused, and in its original packaging along with the completed returns form. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return an item/product, please contact us to request a returns form. You can reach us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a form to be shipped out to you.
Once this form is completed, please ensure that you use a courier service that offers tracking of your package as we require tracking on all returns packages.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you feel that the item you have purchased may be faulty, we will arrange for a return of your order so that it may be submitted for inspection.
In the unlikely event that your product is deemed faulty, we will happily refund your item including all postage. You can report faulty or damaged products to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call our customer care line on +44 203 925 5769.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have not been purchased from our website directly. If you purchased from any of our stockists, you must follow their returns procedure.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
